Pastor Willy Kwong Mau Ng was born in Hong Kong and received his education in North America. He graduated from the University of Manitoba, Canada majoring in economics, and later received a Master of Divinity from the Alliance Theological Seminary in New York, USA, majoring in overseas missions, and then received a Doctor of Ministry at Trinity Theological Seminary in Indiana, majoring in Expository Preaching. Pastor Ng has been serving God in Metropolitan New York since 1985. He served as a chairman of the Board of Directors at the New York Christian Short-Term Mission Training Centre since 1990. He also served as a visiting professor at Faith Bible Theological Seminary from 1993 to 2011; Since 1995, he has been a guest lecturer at the New York Theological Education Center/Chinese Online School of Theology. In 1997, under God’s guidance, he founded Elmhurst Christian Gospel Church.
Pastor Ng’s gifts are multi-faceted but mainly focus on four aspects, such as evangelism, preaching, teaching, and writing. As part of his duties, he has always preached the gospel to show grace to unbelievers, cultivate believers to grow spiritually and equip Christians who are called to serve to become God’s faithful servants. He has already published 14 books and 2 gospel tracts. Mrs. Chui Kuen Lee Ng, the pastor’s wife, is a good wife and helper for her husband and children; Mrs. Ng is a licensed special education teacher and Speech Therapist in New York State; they have two daughters and one son, the eldest daughter is an Interior Designer, (the second daughter and the third son are fraternal twins), the second daughter is a Lawyer and the youngest son is a Psychiatrist. The family of five serves God together with one heart.
